Takes long to grind then expected - Snow Peak Field Barista Coffee Grinder

This is my first hand grinder. Given Snow Peak's attention to detail and quality, I was expecting to be impressed by the performance. It seems to me that it takes long to grind just 20 g of coffee beans.The problem is that I don't have any other frame of reference to compare to so perhaps all hand grinders take as long. Again, this is my first purchase so this was my first impression.
