Had an issue with delivery and the merchant completely supported me in fixing the issue, which wasn’t even their fault! They shipped a timely replacement to honor the amazing sale price I originally paid. I am more than pleased and trust this site to provide authentic, high quality camping goods at fair prices (on sale).

As for the product, I will update once I receive it, but I inspected one in person elsewhere and it’s amazingly easy to set up, very sturdy and beautiful construction. Hard to see why this commands a price of $650, but it’s certainly in line with high end furniture manufacturers. No disappointments with the product itself, though if I were to nag something it would be the use of plastic hinge pieces. They’re hardly noticeable and probably reduce squeaking when folding and unfolding, but I don’t like plastic. That said, it’s unlikely to damage from regular handling and I’m optimistic Snow Peak themselves would fix anything wrong structurally under warranty. Beautiful on porches, inside, outside, wherever you can see yourself using this. I love the simplicity of setting it up, yet it looks handsome/mature in a space still. Almost entirely real Metal and real wood, nice. Lighter than anticipated for the size of wood board shelves.
