I was very leary about the color. Wasn't sure if I would them when they arrived. The color is great and they looked fantastic on. They are true to size. I usually wear an 8.5 but purchased a 9. They have plenty of room to wear a thicker sock and they are so warm. The rubber makes a sound when you walk in them but I rubbed vasoline on the tongue of the boot and I no longer hear the dry rubber rubbing. I could have size down to my regular size 8.5 but I want to wear these with a thick boot sock for the winter.
