A great help in ice and snow - Stabilicers Hike Xp

I've only had the stabilicers hike Xp for a short time now and had to wait to get some snow and ice to try them out. I have used them 4 times now and am grateful to have them. I hike with my 2 dogs everyday and it was pretty challenging on snow and ice. These Hike Xp give me good stability and grip, are easy to put on and take off and seem to be well made. I thought the rubber side rails wouldn't hold up and only time will tell but they seem to be ok. I like the velcro straps that help hold them on but they fit my size 11 Lowa hiking boots really good. I think I am going to order the spikes that you can add to them for even more gripping power in deeper snow. I also like that as the metal grips wear you can replace them. Seems to be a good product.
