The lunch box can fit many small items but not your standard Pyrex containers for leftovers. I originally thought there would be insulation but there is none. Placing an ice pack causes condensation on the outside, which is messy. These are factors I did not fully research or consider, so my fault. I can fully adjust, however. Otherwise, it is a good container for snacks and lunch and it has a nice bottle holder in the top part of the lunchbox.
This review was written in the old system and had content requirements that are different than reviews written today.
