Forget stanley - Stanley Classic TwinLock Travel Mug 20oz-

Nice looking and great size but the black hollow hard plastic lids break beyond repair even without any rough treatment. I am a senior, always hand washed this product, and had never even took it outdoors yet!

The first lid broke in the first few months! I think the replacement one came from China, it took well over a month to get here. I washed it and then when I screwed it on it just broke into pieces!

It takes an email to get the lifetime warranty honored? Well they dishonor themselves, their product, the Stanley name, and their customers by ignoring the words of their own warranty constantly. Will they honor the bad reviews? Lets hope so; note it appeals to their greed than to their honor though. They have ignored me now and the fact the replacement broke imedatly! I have written many times now! However, they evidently ignore emails the second time around and the many subsequent times you keep trying to get a second replacement.

Funny how these people can now just ignore the teachings of respect, even their own self respect, when totally ignoring others in our society. Traditionally, I thought respect was of the highest value.

I have Stanley products over 55 years old, never had a problem with any I figured folks where too rough with these lids, my bad. I purchased this mug and a three-guart food pot with the same type of lid locking materials! Not cheap and I wanted a second black mug too???

DO NOT waste your money! Forget Stanely
