This product should be recalled by Stanley as they have elected a less than acceptable plastic to fabricate the thermos lid, cup liner, and spork. #7 plastic is not food-grade plastic. Consumers must be cautious. I for one will not be supporting Stanley unless they perform a recall on all their food storage products which contain these harmful non food-grade plastics and can manufacture them with food-grade plastics. I switched to Thermos brand as they manufacture their products with food-grade #5 plastic (at the moment).
