This mat is easy to carry, inflate, and deflate. Most importantly, it is extremely comfortable due to the 3 inch thick profile and my sleeping bag does not slide around much on it. We also have 2 inch thick ones and the extra inch makes a huge difference for adults. It's so comfortable it would make a decent guest bed if ever needed at home!
