I bought the large and found it adequate for a 6'3" 200 lbs body frame. I think a 27" or 30" width instead of it's 25" width would have been absolute perfection for me. It's definitely expensive but worth the price if you want lightweight comfort in a small package. I've only used it on a cot thus far for a couple of weeks and found it just as comfortable as a bed.
