I am 69 years, and just got back into backpacking. (Third trip this year).Just finished a backpack trip with my son, into the Cottonwood Lakes, Lone Pine, Ca. the trip was wonderful & I was very comfortable with my pad. (Actually my son also uses a Therm-A-Rest pad.
