True to size - Toad&Co Fresca Dress - Women's

I'm 5'3" and this dress fit perfectly. Some dresses are too long for me but not this one. It's light and airy and perfect for summer. I was concerned that the 2 layers wouldn't work well together but the are great and don't bunch up.
