A. C.'s Review of TomTom Bike Mount
Terrible, terrible product. I've had FOUR of these break on me when installing or removing from handlebars, despite applying even tension across the rubber straps to mount on bars within the specified size range - one strap eventually just breaks due to stress. To their credit, TomTom customer service did send me two replacements, but those broke as well after less than two months usage. Now TomTom is telling me that I must be using the product incorrectly and they refuse to provide a replacement. Ridiculous.
This review was written in the old system and had content requirements that are different than reviews written today.
