I ran over the features of the watch and it said it had HR monitor what it didn't say was that I needed an external strap which cost another $30 or so. If I would have known I had to do that I would have upgraded to the Sparks 3 cardio. I also sent an email asking about this and if I could upgrade but didn't really get a response. I'm very happy with the watch and what it does I'm just disappointed that I don't have the heart rate monitor part I'm very happy with the wash and what it does I'm just disappointed that I don't have the heart rate monitor part. I would have spent the extra money if it was clear that there was no heart rate monitor at all
This review was written in the old system and had content requirements that are different than reviews written today.
