If you’ve ever wanted to make a big pot of stew on your Trangia 25, but felt limited by the 1.75l pot... this is the pot for you. It has a similar base diameter to the 25 series skillet and therefore sits on top of the pot supports in the ‘up’ position. It is specially sized so that the 25 system fits inside it. The 4.5l pot is too large to fit inside the orange sack that is made for the 25.
Pros:
- Large capacity
- all metal construction on 4.5l
- designed to nest the 25 series system.
Cons:
- Wish this was available in all of the different surface options
Best Used for:
- Car Camping
- BASE CAMP
- Medium to large groups
