Sophie's Review of Vasque AT Hiking Shoe - Women's
I’ve only worn these twice, the first time just around the house. They’re very comfortable, the back is very low, feels like my foot lifts almost all the way out of the back. Second time, wore them on a 4 mile, sandy trail hike. The weight is nice, very breathable. Nice looking shoe, the low back feels strange, but I got used to it. Grip felt strong, did not slide on sand uphill or downhill. Thought I might send them back because the back is so low and felt kind of strange, but I’m keeping them, halfway through the hike I didn’t notice the heel slipping and my feet, knees and hips all felt great in these shoes.
Pros:
grippy rubber
true to size fit
color & style
Cost is reasonable
Comfortable & lightweight
Cons:
Heel slippage, feels a little slow
Best Used for:
Hiking & casual wear
