One side hurt on the outer edge of the pinky toe for a couple of days but either the boot or I adapted and it fits well now. Soles are intact after a month of wear so far. I ran in them a couple of times on tar, concrete, dirt and they are surprisingly buoyant. I wear them to work, teaching.
