Great balance for crossfit - Vibram FiveFingers KMD Sport LS Fitness Shoe - Men's

Great shoe for working out with kettlebells, free weights, core cardio exercises etc. Helps keep feet flat resulting in overall better balance during squats and kettlebell swings. *The only con is it's difficult sometimes to slide toes properly into the shoe fingers.* Takes time and patience.
