I run trails that consist of hills,rocks,and roots.
I used bikila's for about a year and was happy with an occasional stone bruise. The Spyridon took care of the stone bruise worry. Great feeling minimal shoe with a little extra protection for extreme surfaces.
I only gave it four stars because I have only had them 3 weeks and don't know how durable they will be.
