Terrible customer support - Western Mountaineering Hooded Flash Jacket - Men's

I purchased a Flash Jacket from Western Mountaineering. The elastic on the hood and the cuffs went bad and stretched out. Unfortunately there is no way to tighten the hood or sleeves without functioning elastic as there is no drawstring. So now I get tons of drafts on my expensive down jacket and have to use pony tail holders on the sleeves.

I have tried to contact Western Mountaineering support for over a year to have the elastic repaired/replaced with no response. Western Mountaineering does not provide a phone number for customer support and only have an email which is apparently run by a 3rd party who do not respond. Customer support does not answer emails so the lifetime warranty on their products is pretty much worthless because you cannot get in contact with customer support. The company makes solid sleeping bags, but unfortunately they do not care abuot customer support, so I suggest you to avoid them and go with feathered friends.
