I still can not use it well as I should after a month of buying them from you. I have circle rolls where I have attached the carriers. each time I put my kayak they move forward and backwards. You sent me an email ( do have it) recommending me to put some rubber bike's tires pieces to hold it on place. It has not work unfortunately and I nearly had an accident because my kayak rolled forward on my wind shield. It would have being easier to tell me from the beginning that I couldn't use circle pipe roof track and that I needed the square or flat one so I could have a good grip.
