Love the cooler, wish there were some side pockets - Yeti Hopper 20 Portable Cooler

Not really impressed with the beginning of my purchase experience, after I had placed the order and paid for it, I was sent an email hours later saying they really didn't have the one I wanted. I was given choices for a bigger one, for the same price so that was good but then after that they came back and said I now I had to pick a different color. I feel an online company selling high end items should know their inventory better. I was pleased that they got back to me and offer me a larger cooler and the same price.
