It held ice for 4+ days in 100 degree F temps in the desert SW, and kept the food and drinks inside cold. Also used on a two week road trip to northern Rockies with it in the back of a pickup, bouncing around the bottom of a drift boat, and carried to music festival and it worked fine with no durability issues or signs of wear.
