Charlie's Review of Yeti Rambler Water Bottle w/Chug Cap
Purchased the 36oz yeti rambler from campsaver three months ago and immediately noticed that it did not keep ice as long as the much cheaper version that I bought at Walmart. Brought in to the local yetti store and they said that they could not exchange for a new one even though it was clearly defective. Purchased a new one did a side by side comparison. The unit purchased campsaver had zero ice left after 3 hours and the new one purchased from yeti store held ice for 12 hours. I Intended to send defective unit back to yeti but discovered that they make the return process so difficult and turnaround time so long that not worth the returning shipping cost and absurd amount of return protocol hassle they put their “valued” customers through. Thought that I would be saving money buying thru campsaver but ended up paying twice for one functioning rambler. Really disappointied in yeti considering their price point and quality centric-centric image. Hopeful that this defect is not common to other yetti products sold by campsaver but wanted to share this frustrating and expensive experience.
