Received the product without any software or any way to retrieve recorded data from the device. I presume the company has some sort of software to do this, otherwise you have to tether the device to a phone and use their app, or to a computer over wifi and use their Chinese web interface to log data while connected.
The device's compass only works when its laid flat, which means when you hold it up to take a wind measurement it records a very inaccurate wind direction, bizarre. I would not recommend this device as a standalone instrument.
