Rothco's Tactical Breakaway First Aid Kit is constructed with combat-tested denier polyester and features a tri-fold out design (Closed - 7.5" X 6.5" X 3.25" / Opened - 26.75" X 6.5" X 3.25") that detaches from the main loop platform for quick and easy access to your essential emergency / first aid supplies. The main loop platform comes with dual D-rings, a female buckle cinch strap, MOLLE straps to attach to a tactical vest, rucksack, Bug Out Bag, and other MOLLE compatible gear. The military first aid pouch includes MOLLE loops to attach additional supplies, the male buckle cinch strap, a loop field on the front to attach your name, double zipper closure for easy access to your first aid essentials, and a top carry handle. Inside the MOLLE first aid pouch are various straps and pockets to efficiently store your first aid items.
