Inspired by the mighty Ortler, the highest peak in South Tyrol. The Ortles Durastretch softshell jacket is designed for changeable autumn, winter and spring conditions.Its breathable softshell fabric offers superb all-round weather protection and thermal comfort. Engineered from naturetec, a lightweight PFC-free fabric from Swiss functional textile experts Schoeller. The unique softshell blends robust, partially recycled polyamide functional fibres woven with natural, merino wool content on the inside for a pleasant next-to-skin feel. Durastretch ripstop inserts at the shoulders further increase the durability and abrasion resistance, for example when wearing a pack. Further features, include the ergonomic, under-helmet hood, and Velcro-adjustable cuffs.This Salewa Committed style also has a PFC-free DWR (durable water repellent) finish.
