The Wild Hiker is a flexible and comfortable hiking boot designed for mixed mountain terrain. Its versatile and multifunctional Vibram Oban outsole provides an optimal balance between traction, flexibility and self-cleaning lugs for superb grip and stability. The robust mesh upper has protective toe caps and an EXA-Shell with a GORE-TEX Extended Comfort lining for durable waterproofing and optimized breathability - water stays on the outside while perspiration can easily escape from the inside. At the heart of the boot, the special cushioning foam of the SALEWA GumFlate midsole adapts to the ground on contact to offer greater comfort and rock absorption by reducing pressure under the foot. In addition, the tried-and-tested SALEWA 3F system connects the instep area with the sole and heel for flexibility, a precise fit and support. And the Flex Collar increases the ankle's rear range of motion and comfort during descents. With an Ortholite footbed for good moisture management.
