Scotty 1099 Depthpower 24" Solid Boom is an electric downrigger with a Rodmaster II rod holder. Comes with a 24" long, 1" diameter stainless steel boom, 250 ft of premium 150 lb test stainless steel downrigger cable. Includes boom mounted Rodmaster II rod holder and 1 Power Grip Plus line release.
