The Zephyr by Seattle Sports features a mid-sized glass reinforced nylon blade to suit a wide range of paddlers. The lightweight and adjustable 100% carbon shaft makes this paddle a must for day trips, recreational paddling and lightweight training/racing alike. This is a robust, yet relatively light SUP paddle. It is well made with only 1 flaw. I was impressed by the quality of the carbon shaft & poly blade for the price, however the clamp/locking collar was a problem. Upon arrival it was quite loose, and when I tried to tighten it I discovered it was a slotted stainless screw head with loctite on the threads.
