• Slide Sleeve over tubing Zippered End First! It may be tight.
• Pull the top of the Sleeve down until the zipper is just barely above the top end of the tubing.
• Place foam insert inside the zippered cap, foam end towards the tubing and zip.
• Trim bottom of Sleeve about 1in longer than the PVC and tuck excess inside tube.
• Before gluing, place Rubber Butt Cap onto tube end to insure that everything fits correctly.
• If all is okay, remove Rubber Butt Cap, put PVC Pipe Cement on inside sides of rubber cap and replace on tube and let dry before putting rod into tube
