"Received my order quickly - and I'm in Canada. I had 2 problems. One that may have been caused by my not looking closely enough when I ordered, was that I had no idea how the product was being sent and the link in the confirmation email didn't work. Had to work through USPS and Fedex to get to UPS, trying the tracking # in each. The 2nd was that when I went to the website and entered my order number (correctly, several times) the database couldn't find my order. However, the order arrived before I needed to phone."
