"Purchased a product and paid for next day. They didn't ship it until the next day because as the CRS Brady tells me it's company policy that any purchase made after 12 noon won't be shipped until the next day. He admitted that the order didn't even hit their system until the morning after it was placed which would have been approx. 16hrs after it was placed. I'm sure Brady is quoting the policy correctly, but there was no notice in the checkout basket when I purchased that the item would be delayed. If there had been I would have gone to another vendor. He offered me $10 instead of the $24.95 I paid in extra shipping. I told him to keep it. It was clearly about the $$ and not about the pain this is going to be getting these boots forwarded to me on my trip since they won't be here for my departure. Unfortunate that the "policies" don't match the quality of product they resell. I will be using a different vendor next time around and you should too...try http://www.campmor.com/ for similar products with better service"
