"I had originally chosen a less expensive crampon and was counting on the expedited shipping to get the product to me in time for a little adventure they were needed for. There turned out to be a shipping problem. I gave campsaver a call and because of the shipping issue, they hooked me up with an even nicer pair and overnighted them to me. Amazing customer service. I ended up with the BD Neve Strap, not the Stubai Ultralight. They fit my size 9 K2 snowboard boot like a glove. The anitballing plates are included and built in as well. Good stuff."
