"Customer Service team was excellent....I inquired about a product for price match but was told the price match was for two different products, therefore it was rejected. I couldn't understand because the product description was identical - so I inquired further. It turns out the product info on the website was incorrect, it was that of the earlier model not the newest they were selling. Because of their oversight on the Web, they immediately offered me a discount which was worth the initial price match guarantee. Additionally, Campsaver was also offering a valuable product free with purchase. I will definitely order from Campsaver again."
