Purchase Great, Return a Little Harder "I recently purchased a few shoes and other items for my wife for her birthday. I ordered multiple shoes to get the correct size. She found the correct size and I contacted Campsaver to send back the unwanted items. RMA's were fast and no problem; however, no where on the RMA emails did it say which items were correlated to the items (and the fine print said to get the correct RMA's with the correct items). So, I emailed Campsaver to ask which RMA went with what product. Two days went by without a response so I called them. I had a 10 minute wait before I spoke to someone. Once I was on the phone and explained what I needed it was absolutely no problem and everything went smoothly. So...if you have multiple returns, the RMA you get in an email does not tell you what product goes with it. Something for them to work on. A minor inconvenience. But don't get me wrong, Campsaver is great." |
