Review "After my purchase I was sent several emails about new products, I was only interested in the product I purchased. I erased all other emails. Within one of the emails I erased was a confirmation email of my purchase which I needed to respond to to finalise the purchase, which I erased thinking it was another sales add. I was then informed that my purchase was cancelled due to not responding. Took me several hours on the phone to straighten out this ordeal. The staff was excellent to talk to. But for future I would appreciate not having to sort through a dozen emails from your company looking for a single one to approve my already paid for purchase in order to confirm it's purchase." |
