I've used the bike rack one time and I was pleased. The rack is designed for three bikes, but I used it with two bikes and it worked very well. The rack is easy to install and the straps work well also. The rack performs just as it is advertised.
The install directions need to be updated for 2015 cars. Campsaver was able to get proper settings for my car, big thanks! I have arthritis in my hands so the tightening the straps is not easy for me. Looking for some way to get better leverage without having to use hand strength.
