With the addition of a traction pattern base underfoot, the ultra-lightweight Voile Vector BC is arguably the ultimate backcountry ski, capable of crushing long low angle approaches, technical terrain, and deep powder without breaking a sweat.
Great skis overall, got these after a few seasons on BD megawatts without a lightweight mountaineering ski. They are super light, and ski very well for such a light ski, even in poor conditions.
I'm not sold on the fish scales yet, but once the days get longer and I do some long logging road approaches, that may change.

Amazing light, especially when paired with TTS binding. Surprising what I can get up without skins (but did buy skins). I feel like I can get down anything, but would not bomb through resort chop at Mach 10 like I do with my alpine skis.
Would highly recommend for touring.
