It was sensational. Exactly what the ratings and reviews said it would be. Soft feel, quiet, lightweight, slim/comfortable fit, waterproof, nice long sleeve length and hood was just right over a ball cap. This jacket was bought with an intention of trying out the new eVent DVL material. So far it performs well. I used it for an one hour hiking and I doesn't feel any wet or clammy inside. The cutting and craftsmanship is good. Need to try it out on longer hiking / backpacking to test its breathability.
