This Wetterlings Broad Axe uses the traditional Swedish pattern for a broad axe. Use for hewing logs and cutting of corners in log building. The longer handle version of the broad axe is ideal for hewing with the log near the ground in the American or German style. With the extra power from the long handle, the work is easily performed. The Wetterlings Axe is delivered with a hickory handle and a leather sheath.image
