This gel-filled seat cushion allows you to stay on the water longer in comfort. YakPads proprietary comfort gel padding is soft enough to provide dramatic improvements in comfort, yet thin enough that it doesn't raise your center of gravity. Back rests attach easily using quick snap buckles. High backrest best for recreational kayaks. Low backrest best for touring kayaks.

This is a better quality than I expected and came with more than enough straps and brackets to attach the padding to varying seat styles. I have an older Necky Gannet and was nervous that it wouldn't work but was easy to install and feels great.

Like I said the seat looks great, have not had a chance to try it out.
I am not sure that all of the straps and buckles that should have come with it did. There were no pictures or suggestions as to what was to come with it there are short straps with male buckle ends and straps with female buckle ends that do not seem to be of any use since there no straps and buckles to atta... One thing I'll say about these cushions, they can take some heavy use and still look good. It fits my old Loon 138 with a high back seat just fine. I only strap it in with the top buckles, I don't bother attaching it to the lower part of the seat. It gives me an extra two or three hours in the boat.
