The Z.A.P.S. Gear Survival Grenade is the ultimate lightweight, compact personal wilderness survival kit. It can be carried conveniently on your person or attached to your gear so you can carry it anywhere you go. Originally designed by a former Marine Scout Sniper for his personal forays into the wild, it is now available for you to carry on your own adventures. The side opposite of the compass is designed to fit on a belt if carrying it by the spring link is not desired. It is also compatible with MOLLE system rigs. The Z.A.P.S. Gear Survival Grenade was designed to be easily unraveled when needed but to be secure in its structural integrity until then. A pull cord, made of a length of glow-in-the-dark paracord for ease of seeing even in low light and no light conditions, is included. When you need to deploy the survival kit, just yank on the pull cord, and the secured end of the outer paracord wrap will come free, revealing your unravel starting point. This will speed unraveling even if the user is cold and has lost fine motor skills as a result. The Z.A.P.S Gear Survival Grenade User's Guide describes how to use each of the included contents in a survival situation and lists additional survival tips for anyone who needs to use the survival kit but may not have had survival training. It is laminated for waterproofing, so even after exposure to rain or submersion in a river you will still have access to the information you need to stay alive.
