These ball feet work well on soft ground. I tried the mesh net which was ok, but generally accumulated mud on a rainy day. These are easy to wash off. They attached securely, almost like a vacuum seal. It takes an effort to pull them back off, which is good, since they could fall off if not this secure a fit. Be sure to order the right size for your chair.

Helinox ball feet solve a critical problem associated with using the compact Helinox chairs on sandy ground -- sinking into the ground. By increasing the size of the contact points you stay safely off of the ground.
These won't necessarily allow you to sit on a soft sandy beach without sinking, but for Florida camp ground, they work well.
