Waterproof GORE-TEX, down insulated jacket designed for cold days on-area skiing and snowboarding.
Luxurious, cold weather, ski and snowboard specific masterpiece that combines fully waterproof and windproof/breathable GORE-TEX fabric with both down and synthetic insulations in a regular fit. Strategic placement of insulation type ensures comfort and prolonged jacket life. Down Composite Mapping places synthetic Coreloft, which retains warmth when wet, along the hem, hood and underarms; areas prone to contact with moisture. Down Contour LT puts 750 fill European Goose down at the core and sleeves to give warmth where it is most needed. A removable powder skirt, mesh lined PowderGuard underarm vents and a mesh-backed WaterTight front zip prevents snow entry but allows heat to escape, because deep snow is a workout. The removable, insulated DropHood fits over standard ski and snowboard helmets and is designed to rotate with head movements.
Redesign includes removable, insulated, helmet compatible, DropHood and powder skirt.
As an alternative to down fill insulation, we also offer synthetic fill products, such as the Shuksan Jacket.

I thought about it for a long time and ordered this jacket, expecting it to replace the old ski jacket. Despite the impact of the new crown epidemic, campsaver still shipped quickly, and I got it for the first time. I think it's a perfect ski jacket. Although it's expensive, it's worth your first choice as a ski jacket.

Very warm when it needs to be! Great in only cool weather also. Only one complaint - sleeves are a little long. Other than that, perfect fit. Also the 2 way adjustment of the hood means you keep it out of your eyes.

Amazing warm and light weight. I use the jacket for everyday cold weather wear. Would be excellent for skiing. Sleeve length a little longer than sizing chart (longer than Alpha IS jacket). Waist size corresponds to sizing chart. Would recommend purchase and use.

Needed a cold weather downhill ski jacket and purchase Arcteryx Macao Jacket in large ( 5’10, 180 lbs). This is a great jacket. Used it 16 day this season so far from -13F to 25F degrees and it preformed very well. Below zero only needed a base layer mid weight shirt.
