Atlas Elektra Access Snowshoe has been discontinued by Atlas and is no longer available. Our product experts have helped us select these available replacements below. You can also explore other items in the Snow, Snowshoes, Touring Snowshoes yourself to try and find the perfect replacement for you!
The combination of Light-Ride Suspension (LRS), the Wrapp Trail binding, and the addition of a heel bar gives the Elektra Access all the tools needed to confidently tackle uneven, rolling terrain. Delivering natural foot articulation with minimal resistance, the Elektra Access are there for you when the trail heads uphill.
Features of Atlas Elektra Access Snowshoe:
The Elektra women's designs grew from a two-year biomechanics research program to a deep line of successful women's snowshoes that continue to lead the industry. Our Elektra frames are shaped to accommodate a woman's natural gait, with tapered tails, a narrower nose and outside rolling bends that nest the snowshoes together comfortably. Since women's needs are more than frame-deep, our binding designs are molded around a women's boot last, offer increased arch support and use carefully-placed strapping and padding to eliminate pressure points and keep circulation moving in the cold.
Comfortable and easy-to-use, the Wrapp Trail men's and women's bindings are easy to enter and exit while cradling the foot securely.
Flexible Nytex decking is forgiving and quiet when hiking in the cold, providing durability without the weight.
On steep climbs, calf muscles tire quickly and traction decreases when your foot matches the slope angle. The heel lift bar eases fatigue and ties directly into Advanced Aft Traction for grip.
Strong and durable for confident traction on icy terrain that will last for years to come.
Light-Ride Suspension (LRS) is the perfect blend of comfort and function, allowing your foot to articulate naturally and cushioning impact for smooth striding on mellower terrain.
Place the ball of your foot on the Altas logo/ball of foot mark on the footbed, with the buckles to the outside.
Align your foot straight on the snowshoe, then tighten by pulling the Uniloop strap until snug.
Thread the heel strap through the metal opening and loop back over the prong to secure.
Stow the Uniloop strap and heel strap in the strap clips.
To release, pull the heel strap to release it off the prong, unclip the Uniloop strap, and pull back on the buckle release loop to release the buckle levers on the tongue.
