Although you could easily put some olive oil in a little plastic bottle and carry that with you, this is simply more convenient. There's zero risk of any leaks, you don't have to pack another bottle around, and it's actually some surprisingly tasty olive oil. These little olive oil packs are great for camping recipes while backpacking or for canoe trips. Excellent taste and quality. Sometimes hard to find...not anymore!
