The Big Agnes Pumphouse can be used as a pad pump, dry sack, stuff sack, pillow, water carrier, backcountry shower and more. Made from lightweight Cordura fabric, a high-performance fabric resistance to abrasions, tears and scuffs.
Features of Big Agnes Pumphouse Drysack and Pad Pump:
Instructions for use: Open drawstring cord on nozzle end and place on opened sleeping pad valve then cinch drawstring tight. Open stuff sack end and allow air to enter then roll stuff sack end partially closed and inflate pad with the air trapped inside the Pumphouse. Repeat until pad has reached desired inflation.

I spent three nights with the Pumphouse Pad and a Big Agnes Q-Core air mattress. The combination worked like a charm: this light sack inflated my large mattress in five minutes.

I bought this to inflate my Big Agnes air pad. It does the job but takes close to 20 fills to inflate the mat. The pumphouse does not fill as easily as I would like but it does work. I like that it doubles as a stuff sack for an small or hightly compressible sleeping bag. I would like to see a bigger version to more quickly inflate the pad.
When I first got my Q-core I tested it out at home. After blowing up the Q-core once with my lungs I figured that I better get the pumphouse. I didn't like the idea of having to blow it up after a long day on the trail. The pumphouse works great. Most online reviews talk about how great this thing is, but as an inflator it's completely, totally, and utterly useless in still air. I have asthma but would still rather use my lungs than mess around with this thing.
