A little low-volume so it takes a while to inflate, but actually works on non-BA pads compared to the new one which uses a plastic connection

I am a big fan of BA and their equipment. However this pad pump is the worst thing sense a catching a bad cold. I guess if I had an hour or so to blow up my Q-Core and learned to become really patient I could get it done. Now I guess I own a BA $20 dry sack, jeez. Why doesn't BA come up with some sort of bellows pump?

I love the pumphouse. Not only is it a lightweight compliment to my Big Agnes sleeping pad by providing quick inflation, but it doubles as a pillow, camp shower, water carrying device, etc.

If you get a Q-care sleeping pad then you need the pumphouse drysack. It really works. It's a lot easier than blowing it up by mouth! But you still need a two or three mouth blows to finish off because the air starts to come back out when almost full.

I got my Big Agnes air pad filled in half the time. Very easy to use. It took me 4 1/2 bags to fill the pad and then just 2 breaths to finish. Super.

When I first got my Q-core I tested it out at home. After blowing up the Q-core once with my lungs I figured that I better get the pumphouse. I didn't like the idea of having to blow it up after a long day on the trail. The pumphouse works great. I was initially skeptical about the bungee closing on the bottom that fits over the inflation valve, but it works great and I didn't have any leakage. It

Bag can be used for many different uses...carrying items, water proof, pillow, stuff sack, shower, bucket, etc. but not good for blowing up pad. Takes to long and you get frustrated and just blow it up. It is worthy for other uses and takes up little space so its good to have around.
