Great for long climbs, day hikes, non technical ski tours, etc.
It has a compartment for water bladder and ports/ strap for tubes.
The two small side pouches are handy for organization. Outer bungee holds extra clothing.

This is great pack for days on the mountain. I have used it for skiing so far and it is perfect for all the essentials so you dont have to run back into the lodge. This is a Great bag. I used it to with my Platypus 2L Hydration bladder for my last snowboard trip and it worked a realy well it took all my snaks and water for the day and was really water proof. Black Diamond Make a great bag that can handle way more than what it was designed for.
I couldn't believe how satisfied I was with this bag. It seems to somehow hold more than larger bags, yet weigh not much more than an iPhone. I used it 3 times in 1 week when the bag arrived, it fit my 2 liter Platypus Big Zip hydration system perfectly.
