My favorite "general use" carabiner. Easy to clip on lead, lighweight, and affordable. The color coded rack pack is great for racking purposes. 2x Neutrinos + shoulder-length Dynex runner = Alpine Draw of Champions. The Oz is lighter but is more challenging to manipulate with gloves. The Neutrino is about as small I would go.
I have neutrinos on every cam I own. I know that there may be lighter options or larger biners out there but as far as getting effective equipment at a good price goes, I think neutrinos are just fine. I have had no issues with these carabiners thus far.

Works Well Feels Sturdy. Nice assortment of colors. Good Utility Biner. Lost Cost for what you get. Wire gate feels positive. Can't go wrong with this purchase at this price. I have used these for a while now with no issues.
